Full-Gut Renovations Done Right
Many 93063 homes date to the 1960s and early 1970s and still carry their first kitchen: a narrow galley, original electrical service, and cabinets that have been painted more times than anyone remembers. Rather than patching around sixty-year-old infrastructure, we take these kitchens down to the studs — updating wiring and plumbing while the walls are open, then rebuilding with custom cabinetry sized to the room.
Hillside properties in the Knolls bring their own considerations, from stepped floor levels to non-standard framing. We plan around those quirks up front, so the finished kitchen looks intentional — not retrofitted.
